I love these badges but am torn on the color. I ordered an A51 badlands that should be built next week. Was originally leaning matte black and wanting to spray the horse to match, but this satin silver looks pretty good also. Anyone else have pictures of these badges on A51?

Do these require puncture holes in the fender?
They do but if you cut off the studs and get some good adhesive you can just as easily use them vs pay $80+ for these others

I had the Badlands “V” badge and it just looked out of place to me. The retro script from Bronco Depot is perfect. I love it! Check it out. This is the Satin Silver on Area 51. The Badlands badge came off with ease - hasn’t had time to bake on yet.

Black Chrome Saved the Badge, I'm trading this baby in when my Badlands is built.

This picture got me thinking... What if that was inverted? As in; the "Bronco" badge gets installed where it was on the Gen 1s, then the model badge gets re-stickified lower on the fender ( maybe even 2/3 of the way down on the door)?

Matte Black for my Cactus Grey. Couple others have it on here and it is the perfect accent. Preference obviously.

according to CJ Pony they require holes. I'm out -

Its a pin on style, it needs holes to mount.

You're putting 66-77 badges on a 21'

On the OG Bronco they have two pin holes for the studs to go through the fenders and are quite pricey.

How will these hold up in auto car washes and such? Unfortunately I don't have space to hand wash and there aren't many near where I live.
Most car restorers have used either liquid adhesive or tape adhesive for years and years. They are made to stick on forever, it's what the factory uses, or did when they had metal instead of stickers on the fenders. Just do some searching, there are hundreds of videos and car forum posts about how to:

Well now your vehicle is not STOCK and for purist buyers (when or if you sell) you will have to put the original stickers back on. I'm liking it but wouldn't do it myself - just sayin'
The nice thing about the non-Sasquatch Base is that there isn't a sticker to worry about.

Honestly there is a lot of chatter over virtually - nothing because in the long run who really cares not sure why i even posted into this ridiculous thread o_O

I get it. I was not advocating drilling, rather cutting the pins off and using adhesive. I totally respect the work that went into producing the quality of your badge.
No worries, I had thought of reusing my old Bronco Sport badge from my old '72, I had lost the other one on a trail many years ago and the one I have was loose so I saved it, mounted it to a board with some old ford key blanks as hooks and it's made a fine key rack in the garage for several years. The old style pins are great for originals, but in reality they get loose and rattle. I'm hoping the adhesive does better.
