What about the ones that are being built for the non-reservation holders, they only set a few of them aside for reservation holders. The rest will be built for other customers or dealer stock and will most likely be built before all the lesser Bronco's are built.

in 2022 reservation holders only. Until you can prove otherwise then it is just speculation. I think 2023 allocations of FP products will go back to normal

And where exactly did you here that it was for reservation holders only. The Everglades edition is the only one that they said that about - not the Raptor

FEBRUARY 11 CUSTOMER CRM

Tomorrow, Friday, February 11th we are sending a communication to those customers that expressed interest (Hand Raisers) in receiving a 2022 Bronco Raptor. There will be two versions of the communication:
• Version 1: You’ve been selected to order a Ford Bronco® RaptorTM
• Version 2: An update on Ford Bronco® RaptorTM
o Customer was not selected for the opportunity to order a Bronco Raptor via the Hand Raiser program

To help align messaging, all dealerships will receive a list of customers that expressed interest in Bronco Raptor and whether they were selected for the opportunity to order a Bronco Raptor via the hand raiser program. Allocation will be provided to cover these orders. Please look out for the list of customers from your regional representative in the next 24 hours. Total allocation numbers will be communicated during the next wholesale period.

BRONCO RAPTOR CUSTOMER SELECTION PROCESS

Customers were selected for the opportunity to order a Bronco Raptor based on the criteria listed below:
• Reservation Timestamp within their dealership
• NOTE: To ensure Raptors go to as many customers as possible, Bronco Raptor selection is limited to 1 unit per

NEXT STEPS FOR HAND RAISERS SELECTED FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO ORDER A BRONCO RAPTOR

• Current Order Holders:
o No action is required at this time. We will send another communication when the Order Bank opens in March instructing customers to work with their dealership to change their unscheduled Bronco order to a Bronco Raptor.
o NOTE: All customers with an unscheduled order selected to order a Bronco Raptor will have their priority code moved to 99 to ensure their order does not schedule. If they no longer wish to order a Bronco Raptor, verify their build configuration is correct and remove the 99PC so the order is eligible for scheduling.
• Current Unconverted Reservation Holders:
o Please work with customers who have not placed an order yet to convert their reservation to an order.
These orders should remain on 99PC until the order bank opens in March and customers can fully configure their order to a Bronco Raptor.


PRODUCTION & ALLOCATION

Bronco Raptor will be produced throughout the remainder of the 2022 Model Year with deliveries beginning this summer. Like other specialty vehicles, production is very limited.
• More details, including individual dealership allocations (inclusive of allocation received via hand raisers) will be available during the May Production Wholesale cycle which starts at the end of February.

Otherwise, customers are encouraged to work with their dealerships to configure their Bronco order to another series that is to their liking.

• When does the Bronco Raptor Build & Price and order guide come out? B&P and the Order Guide will come out in March.

• When does the Bronco Raptor order bank open? The order bank for the 2022 Bronco Raptor will open in March.

• How is the overall Bronco Raptor allocation calculated? Bronco Raptor allocation is comprised of hand raiser allotment and dealer earned allocation based on the approved market basket equation. More details, including individual dealership allocations (inclusive of allocation received via hand raisers) will be available during the May Wholesale cycle which starts at the end of February.

• Are there any commodity constraints tied to Bronco Raptor production? Bronco Raptor has more standard features, and thus should be subject to fewer optional commodity constraints. As production and ordering continues, any commodity constraints will be communicated to the field and dealers.

The press release literally says people are selected based on timestamps. Each dealership has a limited allocation of Raptors. SAC for example is getting 10, all of which are spoken for. There will not be a boatload of Raptors besides Ford is cutting off walk in orders next week so people couldn't just order one if they wanted to. I don't see any more than a couple thousand being built this year if even that many.

I'm sure there will be abandoned orders just like with any other vehicle and I'm sure some walk in idiot will pay $30k adm for it but that's on them.

"saving some spots" does not mean that they are only going to reservation holders, it means the opposite.

I guarantee you will see the same thing happen as with the Bronco reservations, you will see people announce that their Raptor is scheduled to be built and they will have not been a reservation holder.
