I think it's more common than that. I took this photo the day I took delivery of mine. Ford's fixing it, but it's something to look for.

Totally something to look for, just tempering the pitchforks. This is probably more noticeable on lighter paint.

The panel looks fine, I’m thinking the fitment of the swing gate is off a bit.

I'm not worried about it. Ford's fixing it. I showed it to Esteban, the Bronco Product Manager at Super Celebration West and my dealer service department is handling. One of the other guys at Super Cel had his fall off his Bronco. He put it back on with velcro and managed to get it straight. :)

I'm figuring just check it at delivery and get it reported/resolved.

In my case, it appears the driver sight taillight assembly is actually not quite where it ought to be (there's a gap) and that's forcing the trim panel to the right, which impinges on the swinggate. I doubt it's that much to get it all straightened out, I just hate to leave my Bronco at the dealer for days on end while they diagnose. Probably need more of these reported in so Ford can tell the dealers how to fix it.

Look at the alignment of the trim panel at the top vs. the bottom of the panel and where it is in relationship with the other panels above and below it. It's definitely the trim panel that's off. Basically, the gap below and above the trim panel matches but the trim panel is the only place where it has no gap.

Like I said, my dealer thinks it's the placement of the driver side taillight assembly pushing the trim panel out of bounds. The taillight has a pretty big gap on the left side of it.

Roger that!

My guess is that the quality issues with the Bronco aren’t what anyone on this forum are talking about yet.

Take a close look at the gaps around the sides of the rear bumper. You’ll see wire connections galore that aren’t insulated. That’s an actual concern. Not fitment. And it’s on every Bronco. We’ll see. I’m thinking of cutting and soldering with shrink tubing.

I wonder if the weight of the spare is causing some sag? That would make the top tight and the bottom open.

No, because the metal panel at the top if even with the metal panel at the bottom. The only piece that is out of wack as that plastic trim panel between the two.

Hey....if that's a DM Bronco, they only had 3 months to do QC - whadda' you expect?
Not dm bronco but close. Look at the sig. Production 8/2 built 8/30 when I lifted the top up I can see some dm dust... Thought about bottling some up to sell "get yer dirt mountain dirt necklaces!"

Yep not the door ...it’s the little panel between the tail light..eventually it will fall off as seen on another post.

So I literally just picked it up. My fault for not fine combing it and tbh not much of a big deal anyway.. Back tailgate rubbing upon closing thankfully it's plastic on metal which the metal is the obvious winner no issues. See pics any idea on how to adjust it?

That plastic panel has broken off on another members bronco. I don't remember the name of the thread.

To my eye it looks like the plastic piece that's off, not the door.

I think it's just clipped on. You could probably get it warm with a heat gun and coerce the mounting tabs a little bit to where it sits better. May just need a whole new piece.

That could be the reason for another reported issue of that plastic piece popping off.
