New CNC Machine Day!

[EIGHTLUG]

I don’t think this will ever get old for me! 07:30 yesterday (4/5/23) we received another new VF-4SS. This is our weapon of choice to machine the MAGNUM and STIRRUP. We’ll run three dual staton Orange Vise for these parts. We even perform the post machine step on the same machine, after a quick workholding swap.

Haas will be out on Monday to test and tune. Once the new machine gets a full bill of health, we’ll get programs and tooling loaded and we’ll be making chips with it seven days a week!

Our new building is coming along nicely. Interior walls are next to tackle. Think man cave meets machine shop or if ARCHETYPE RACING built a machine shop what would the interior look like

We’ll have several open house events this year during Car Church (the last Sunday of every month from 10-2). If you’re in the area, you’re more than welcome to come by with your Bronco or any other vehicle and enjoy the sights and sounds and conversation with other car people. If you keep your eyes peeled, you may see some new parts in development or our 997 PORSCHE 911 SAFARI SEMA car being built.
