It is frustrating trying to ascertain how long these CF parts will last especially without yellowing, fading from sun exposure or general wear. In researching it, it is like Yelp reviews of a restaurant where they range from “worst ever” to “stellar”. Does anyone know ? Some say PPF will enable these parts to last a long time at least ten years. Others not so much. I love the look, but without definitive information on longevity, I don’t know if the cost reflects common sense.

ppf and ceramic coating will extend the longevity a good amount, But if you are in direct sun for long hours continuously, then you risk warping issues. Being its a full carbon part and not overlay over a plastic part, that helps a ton but its still at risk for that and yellowing over time.
