Nice look forward to see the pics of it all installed. I've been tempted by it but given it costs almost the same as the APG fender system, I'm not sure if i can pick it over the APG. Especially when Ford Performance has outsourced all the carbon fiber work to a china plant. To be clear, Anderson Composites who is supplying ford performance is using their factory in china to make the parts. Wont be surprised if the same parts end up on Alibaba in the future.
Thanks, I'm amped!

Most of the world's automotive aftermarket and OEM CF is made in China just like wheels. Initial reviews from owners look good, but time will tell. Heck, even Porsche's Carrera GT has some CF from China.

FP's CF pricing is roughly on par with BMW's M Perf parts. It's a fair deal imho. I strongly prefer OEM brand CF on my rides where available. It's direct fit, a nice 2x2 twill, UV gel inhibitor coated, uses autoclave processing for a clean finish inside and out while also including all new OEM parts for everything. Peace of mind.

Admittedly, I'm as new to the Ford scene as my Braptor, but I'm not so keen on doing business with APG.

If the part doesn't live up to my expectations, I will let the world know. Here to learn and share!

After owning multiple porsche GT cars and BMWs, that is exactly why i don't trust cf out of china. the shops in germany do a much better job, but yes you pay more. And i also would not put the ford quality on par with bmw, and no way should it be priced as such. Again; this is just my own experiences and this is also my first Ford. Hope yours is better.

I've purchased and installed a few aftermarket and a bunch more OEM CF parts from China and elsewhere - zero issues. I also like to speak from experience so will do my own comparison once I receive the FP CF bits instead of casting judgment prematurely.

YMMV
