I just searched "brush guard" and "bull bar" in the title of every thread and saw two short threads that were complaining. Guess I missed all the comments in between. Most just seemed worried about blocking the camera.

Ah Ford. Nothing was wrong with the original and they decided to change it at the last second.

Yeah I know that's the reason, just didn't seem that big of a deal to go and make it uglier last second.

If I do go Bronco... it will probably be a base model that I may “build” with the abundant after market products that will be coming for this popular rig. The brush bar and fog lights with a real steel bumper will be amongst the first items to check off the list.

There will be better looking and more protective choices coming someday soon .... my wish at least looking at this product....

Best fix would of been to put the camera higher like on other vehicles. Then no problem interfering with the winch and you could use a shorter bull bar if you wanted one which would look much better than this new abortion. Went from bad to worse.

I’m not sure why people think it was any more functional before. It didn’t stick out before either. Only difference is the bar is a little taller now.

I know precisely zero about international trade. But I do that Ford does a ton of work in both Windsor and Detroit. Stuff like this was probably lobbied at some point to take advantage of trade law while essentially building next door

I was also thinking US and Canada are unionized, so that may have something to do with it as well.
