Hey 6G,
We're excited to announce a new product in the works. Over years of product development with the Raptor's Coil Spring adjusters, we listened to our customer base and have simplified our design for our addition to the Bronco offering.

SVC OFFROAD'S new 2021 Bronco Coil Spring Spacer is designed to fit securely over the factory spring retainer without any modification or bolts, thus making for a fail proof system that is far easy to install and offers the end user the highest level of off-road performance.

Details:
  • Aircraft Grade Aluminum
  • Manufactured & Designed in-house
  • Increase Spring Pre-Load For Better Bottoming Control
  • 2-2.5" Front End Lift
  • 1.5" Back End Lift
  • Fail Proof Design With No Chance Of Bolt Failure.
  • Made In The USA
  • Final product will be coated

We are in the final testing stages of our Coil Adjustment Spacers. These spacers allow for an increase in height, while allowing us to keep your droop and bump travel unaffected. The fronts are designed to add 2-2.5" of increased ride height, and the rears are looking to add around 1.5". Final numbers will be announced after some more testing.

We are currently looking for two more test fit vehicles. If you’re in the OC/LA area, and can do without your ride for 48 hours, we have a complimentary set that we'll install free of charge. Specifically, we need one Stock Sasquatch & one Stock Non-Sasquatch Bronco. If interested shoot me a DM and we'll get the process started.

update:
Hey 6G,
After speaking with many of you last week, we got a general consensus that people wanted a little more height.

So this week we test a bunch of differnt heights, and settled on changing these to a lift that produces 2.25” of lift up front and just over 2” in the back.

This height is based off the change from the floor to the fender. This creates a more leveled look, but also has slight rake for performance.

Thanks again for all the feedback and support. We appreciate you taking the time to help us make the best products possible. This change will be reflected on all the orders placed.

Cheers,

AJ

Are you making one that will work on the HOSS 3.0 suspension offered on the wildtrak?
How exactly do you expect them to develop parts for something that hasn't been put on a single production Bronco yet?

When we get the CAD on them we'll just update the product to fit. 🤙 Just waiting on some sources at this point.

Can you offer a set that just levels the front? My front is 1.125" lower than the back.
We have got a lot of interest in it, we have it as an item on our next product development meeting. The hard thing is you'll have miss matched preload on the front springs, and we worry the ride quality would lack symmetry. WE will look into it and see if we can do something for the market there.

Aren't you already doing that by using different height spacers for the front vs. the rear? Adding more preload to the front to get 2"-2.5", and a smaller spacer to preload in the rear to get 1.5?
I am no suspension expert though, I am just trying to understand.

You're are thinking along the correct lines, but the change between 2" and ~1.5" for preload is very little compared to ~1.25 vs. 0.

Now that we have gauged the interest, we'll definitely look into it as a solution for some. 🤙

Maybe have 0.5" for the front only and a 1" front with a 0.5" rear as options? 🤷‍♂️

So your full kit gets 2.0" in front and 1.5" in rear? Measured after install? Does the lift change with regards to which suspension its installed on? Sasquatch Bilstein vs Badlands Bilstein vs. Hitachi?

If I wanted just a front level, it would only need 1.0". 1.25" would put me nose high...this is probably different depending on each Bronco model.

Correct we get 2" in front, and little over 1.5" in the rear after install. We prefer a very slight rake for performance and looks. We didnt see much change between what we call Base vs. Bilstein. This is likely due to them all having linear rate springs, and from what we gathered the same springs. However, Bilstein manufacturing wouldn't confirm it for us when we asked.

You are correct, you could space just the front with a smaller spacer. We have got enough feedback that we will likely add it to the offering once we test a few.

As far as leveling within all the shock lines, we'll have to test and see if there is a difference. CAD doest alway equate to real life performance. That's the fun in it for us design, test and then perfect! 👍

11 different front spring part numbers, but they are used on both Bilstein and Hitachi shocks. Engine, doors and models change which spring is spec'd....good luck figuring all that out! Geesh
...
I will stay tuned for upcoming options, or just get the full 2" kit? Oh the options...thanks for your help!
