New Product Spotlight: IAG Intake Snorkel

Ford Bronco New Product Spotlight: IAG Intake Snorkel 1727791268445-4x

We're proud to announce our newest product release - the IAG Intake Snorkel! Whether you’re traversing dusty trails or fording through rivers, the IAG Off-Road Snorkel raises your air intake to the roof-line of your 2021+ Ford Bronco, ensuring a constant supply of clean air and keeping your engine dry. This prevents your air intake from becoming congested with dust, dirt, and debris. Additionally, it allows you to take on deeper water crossings without the risk of water entering your engine. The IAG Off-Road Snorkel is the perfect modification for adventurous off-roaders, keeping your engine safe while maintaining its efficiency and performance.

The IAG snorkel is designed with versatility in mind, featuring a reversible air intake system perfect for tackling dusty environments. By simply reversing the air intake using the included block off plate, you can significantly reduce the amount of dust and debris entering your engine, keeping it cleaner and more efficient during off-road adventures. Constructed from durable ABS plastic, the IAG Off-Road Snorkel is designed for the adventurous off-roader. ABS is renowned for its strength and resistance to impacts and corrosion, making it the ideal choice for rugged terrain. Finished in a sleek black, this snorkel is both tough and stylish, but it’s not just for show; this snorkel is ready to take on any trail, river or road with confidence.

Professional installation is recommended as it requires the use of a cut-off wheel or reciprocating saw to complete, and it will be necessary to cut a passage in the passenger side fender, as well as drill two holes to install. These modifications are permanent. The snorkel seamlessly mounts on either the factory Bronco, ensuring an exact fit for a tight seal. Please note that we recommend this part for hard top vehicles due to additional noise generated by turbulent air passing over the snorkel. Soft top vehicle owners may find the additional noise unacceptable.

I have been looking at this for the past few days on your site..

How considerable is the additional wind noise with a soft top?

Oh man I remember one of y'all teasing this on Reddit awhile ago. I'm trying to copy the Everglades on my 2 door and this would be another mod down.

Edited for clarification since someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

I'm trying to mirror the Everglades on my 2 door and this would be perfect...
Tested: 2022 Ford Bronco Everglades Is Ready to Get Wet

To make the Everglades the most seaworthy Bronco, Ford raised the vent tubes for both axles, the transmission, and the transfer case. Combined with the custom-designed snorkel, this allows the vehicle to drive through up to 36.4 inches of water.

The snorkel itself doesn't solve the problem...

Will you just be selling the two vent plates for current Everglades owners? That is assuming the dimensions are the same between factory snorkel and your snorkel for those plates.

It is....considerable. It's one of those things that is hard to really quantify. If the majority of your driving is done around town, at slower speeds or you have the top back as often as you possibly can, it might not really bother you. Heck, Bronco owners who are coming from soft-top jeeps might not care at all because they are used to more wind noise.

We take this truck to shows all over the place and often spend hours on an interstate to get there. It gets a bit annoying in those scenarios.

I might be willing to try it.. considering I already have a full rack, what’s another decibel or two? Just slightly out of budget range at the moment though

Is the external portion the actual Ford part? it looks exactly the same.
if you manufacture these did you close off the section where it transitions through the fender? The Ford model has a removable cap at this spot.
I like the under hood solution.

I'm aware of the hardware changes on the Everglades but thank you for checking.

The exterior is not directly from Ford.

I'm assuming you mean the cover that I pictured below? If so, yes that area is closed off and the bolts come through from the underhood side.

As long as people are aware, adding this does not "mirror the Everglades".
I was simply stating that it's another part to get there that I'm looking for. I wasn't aware that my comment was taken as an all inclusive set of instructions for others to do the same.

Yes that’s the area I was referring to. That is nice if you closed that hole off to make the system more water tite.

"mirror" has connotations that are deeper than "look like". Or "hey, another piece to my puzzle of building my own Everglades".
