Looking for a new option for your 6th Gen Bronco? We have you covered.

MagnaFlow’s newest addition to its Rock Crawler Series is designed for the 2.7L/2.3L Ford Bronco.

The cat-back kit includes two tailpipe assembly options – an off-roading, high clearance turn-down and a 4in Black Chrome tip. Easily swap between the two depending on what the day has in store.

For our Rock Crawler Series kit, we’ve moved the muffler from it’s OEM position, to back towards the flange – and designed a smaller, straight-through body that delivers a more aggressive tone – while still maintaining comfort in the cabin.

Shop the kit and hear the sound here.

I have yet to hear a Bronco exhaust system that sounds good, because they can't when attached to a 4- or 6-cylinder engine.
And being cat-back designs, the cat is still choking exhaust gas flow.
So what is really being accomplished here besides silly sound alterations?
The only good sound would be reminiscent of the 302 V8.

This all depends of what you do BEFORE the catback....like removing the factory cat for a flowthrough....Also getting a downpipe.

True a V6 is never going to sound like a v8, but there are ways to make it sound good. That said I have the Magnaflow street performance dual pipe exhaust, and it does sound nice. Also as with all of my vehicles, the exhaust system has been redone.

Compatible with the Currie rear sway bar? Or do you offer anything that is?

$40 on amazon. Sounds just as bad but has all the clearance. (The dump portion is just the factory exhaust cut with a reciprocating saw)

lol. It may come to that, but I was hoping to find a solution that was fairly quiet and don’t sound like a bad Honda exhaust….unfortunately I will probably be disappointed….that is the main thing holding up adding the sway bar at the moment.

I hear ya. (No pun intended)

I’m to the point where I want it as quiet as possible. The default setting on my rappy is quiet, as well as the R mode. But something had to be done to get the rear winch to fit and also not crush the exhaust between the triangulation truss and frame after going full RK links on the back. Luckily it only sounds like shit under full throttle - it seems quieter at interstate speeds. Maybe the lower tone does that?

Either way-it’s her rig and she loves the sound so everything is a win. There was just no way I was gonna spend $500 on a Bronco-specific exhaust that sounds just as bad as anything else out there.

Yeah I have the RK 4 link as well…it has put a couple dings on the exhaust but it may get worse since I lowered it down a tad….so I very well may have to do the same….i get it. No reason to spend the extra coin if there is no improvement….

You get their lower arms too? After adding the PB&J it’s all kinds of flexy but we’re limited by shock travel

No. Just 1.75 7075 aluminum with Johnny joints at both ends..but yup it’s flexy. It will travel enough that it gets rear steer from the short arms and the pinion will actually contact the gas tank….which isn’t awesome and I should probably bring it up in the RK thread instead of magnaflows. Lol
