when will you have the version that is rewired for Ford vehicles that will tell the vehicle you are not towing and thus leave cross traffic alert on?

Are you referring to the HitchMount LED pod on your Bronco or another ford vehicle such as the F-150?

I haven't heard of any issue for the Ford Bronco reported by users in my position as our social media community manager on forums or Facebook groups.

If you have, tested our HitchMount LED pod on your Bronco and experienced issues. Was the product our C1 or C1R configuration?

Our HitchMount LED pod required a 7-pin connector for plug-and-play operation. Sorry about that!

Are you referring to the HitchMount LED pod on your Bronco or another ford vehicle such as the F-150?

I haven't heard of any issue for the Ford Bronco reported by users in my position as our social media community manager on forums or Facebook groups.

The 2021 F150 Raptor is currently awaiting a Ford-specific harness.

The 2021+ Ford Bronco hasn't reported any compatibility issues. We've sold multiple kits since the initial release of our HitchMount to Bronco owners.




Additionally, I just spoke with our engineering team, we haven't had a 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor available for testing yet.

However, we do have an authorized dealer we've reached out to test our HitchMount on their 2023 Bronco Raptor. We hope to hear back from them soon with an update!

The other option is to purchase the product, test it for function, and if there was an issue you could contact our customer service team for a hassle-free return, refund, and shipping label at no charge.

Sorry for the miscommunication.

According to our customer service team, the 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor here at our HQ was a customer that installed our HitchMount LED pod.

We had an engineer review the installation and confirm the module near the exhaust is safe for operation.

There haven't been any reports of issues from 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor owners to our team at his time regarding codes or interference with the vehicle.

However, we're still waiting for our engineering team to acquire a vehicle for thorough testing to begin listing the product as officially compatible.

This comes with a SSC1 Sport… was there ever any consideration for a SSC1 Pro?

Is there concern that the wiring wouldn’t be suffice, too much draw?

No worries at all!

The reason for our SSC1 Sport power level being used is to keep the product at an affordable price point while still offering excellent performance.

Does that mean that an owner could swap out their SSC1 Sport for a Pro without issues?

FWIW, an option to up sell to the Pro wouldn’t be a bad idea. Owners don’t hesitate to drop 2-3k on Linkable light pods, bars or simply extremely high end stuff. Going up an extra $30 is most likely zero issue - especially considering a single light vs most dual reverse kits. Just my $.02

The HitchMount LED Pod appears to be a standard SSC1 from the front but the bottom of the housing has been changed to fit into a receiver.

Our standard SSC1 Sport and Pro LED pods have a protruding portion for the bolt to thread through for the universal bracket.

The SSC1 Pro will not work at this time but will advise this request to our engineering team!
