No, it is a solid Grey, not metallic.

Looks cool, but man I still haven’t found the retro color scheme I like for striping on my cactus gray 2 door. Such a hard color to compliment I think?

Being a neutral color, you can do almost anything on that. I can see how it would be difficult to decide.

I feel like because the color seems to change hue in different lights, I’m worried if I go with a series of colors pop with one of those hues, they won’t go with the other hues too or look silly?

I want to order stripes for my Race Red Sas BD with softtop, not sure whether to go with gloss or flat black. With the stripe between the soft top and the fender flares, not sure which will look better. Do you have pics of both to compare? Also, what are your lead times?

I would go with the Flat Black. It would match the sheen of the top and flares the best.

We cut all stripes per order, and we always have that material in stock. Typical order ships 1-2 business days after order is placed.

For what it's worth, I would go with white, black or carbonized greyish, depending on your top
