So it looks like Ford has lied to us once again. Despite Ford clearly saying that the Broncos already produced with the bad MIC Tops that are currently being held at MAP (actually sitting on Dirt Mountain) would get new tops before producing any additional vehicles with hard tops, it looks like that is not the case. The FE shown below was produced this week (9/16/21), shows as built, and is scheduled to be shipped. How can Ford continually lie to (or at the very least mislead) the customers over and over again?

It's a First Edition. We knew this.
Well mine is a FE too and its been stuck on Dirt Mountain for months. They said they would replace all of the bad tops on the vehicle being held before moving on to producing additional Broncos.

They said October and they are doing it in September... They lied yet again, that does it, all of the DM broncos must go back to the airport immediately. I understand your frustration, but you have to consider everything...
They appear to be doing a decent job of moving the ball forward. Just sayin.

Wouldn't it be something if this gets parked at Dirt Mountain and gets a new hard top in Dec? So it's not technically finished yet... I bet they got you a new hard top though. I wouldn't worry about and enjoy that FE in the next few weeks...

The tracker clearly shows built with an estimated ship date. Its definitely finished. All of the Broncos on DM show "in production" without a built date or estimated shipment date.

Most everybody has been in line since July 13 2020. Regardless of which line you’re stuck in, we‘re all in line. I have a first day reservation for a MIC BL. it hasn’t even been scheduled and wont be until 2022. Dirt mountain guys could consider themselves lucky depending on their point of view.

Its pretty clear that the "First In First Out" theory is a lie. Looking at the B6G tracking on this forum the MICs getting released have been from all different weeks of production. No idea what "system" they are using.

Sucks to be in the dirt mountain gang. When ford put the letter out I knew they were full of shit. They won’t put the old top on just to pay overtime to fix it.

Looked great on paper but probably didn’t pan out in practice. Why stop overall Bronco production if they are starting to crank out hard tops quicker than expected? Hopefully, they are pulling dirt mountain rigs and replacing hard tops while they are also continuing with full builds.

No one is suggesting they stop production, but they committed to not building any additional hard top vehicles until the ones already produced and sitting there were corrected. Ford cannot seem to follow through on any commitments to its customers.
