Ummm, I got to think about this a minute. There are times I'm not even welcome in my family. So, I quite understand why I haven't been welcomed into the Ford family. Could you be in a similar situation my friend?

Legit comment here. Why would Ford send out a "Welcome" email in February when the 1st qtr orders aren't done yet? That would have left some orders out of the comm. If they had put the "Welcome" in April then they would have caught all converted orders.

Ford, and self absorbed flipping people, for the communication win.
