1) How hot was the ARB getting? I've got a cheap Harbor Freight single cylinder unit and it gets REALLY HOT!

2) I've been to Wharton, Allegheny National Forest, and Moshannon State Forest, but not AOAA yet (and that's the closest place to me! Lol). I've got the '21 Badlands with 33" BFG K02's, so I'd probably only be interested in greens and blues there.

The forest road are nice especially by your self.
AOAA and Rausch are both great, but you need at least two vehicles to go

Do you have sway bar disconnect?
If so does it make it worse?

Yes I have the disconnect... and yes disconnected and turning to get full stuff is when I rub....

Another difference is that I have the square fenders.... I think they end at the same location but the cut upward does take a slightly different angle.
