Looks like blend was 11/23... then based on how long it took mine to get to me, accounting for holidays... probably got to the dealership week of 12/13.

So it's been sitting out there with $20k markup for about 2 weeks... unless of course there was some back and forth with the original reservation placer and they ended up not being able to buy it?

They can etch the bronco's vin into the corner of the windows. It supposedly reduces the possibility that a thief will steal your Bronco and sell your windows.
In reality, it's a way for a dealership to make an extra few hundred bucks.... legally.

there was a time when Insurance companies would give a pretty decent reduction if window etching was in place. And here in NJ every little bit counted! Not sure if it’s still a thing though.

They do to a certain degree. But in reality, it really is nothing more than a money grab by the dealerships. Fred Beans and Fullerton are both famous for doing that.
