Well with some minor changes I am able to fit the security drawer in between the cargo enclosure and of course doing it on my own caudes a dent

Sweet - I'm guessing this means the cargo management cover will fit with the slide out tailgate instead of the secure box.

they would still have to open up the trunk. they can cut to get in, but won't be able to grab anything quickly since it makes the trunk space closed. Good luck trying to grab and go lol

I never owned a Jeep, how does Jeep deal with leaking roofs? Do they replace every roof that leaks when a owner brings it in complaining of such?

yeah, I don't pretend to be in the business of manufacturing cars... but how is this not tested and caught beforehand? I imagine they must have some kinda garage like thing that just dumps water on top of it to see if it leaks... to try and mimic hard rain. At least that's what I'm picturing in my head.

From my time on the Jeep forums (while the JK was the current model), I recall that most cases were addressed with either new weather stripping or butyl tape being applied to the mating surface. I don't recall anyone ever getting a new hardtop and some still had leaks afterwards.
