Definitely not turbo lag. It's the shift itself. Definitely delay and then you can feel it shift into 1st.
So when I back out of driveway have to make sure I have enough time to WAIT before cars get to me.

What mode are you driving in ??? I would think you would be driving in sport, being it is you, but then again I could be wrong.

What I am getting at is if you are in normal or eco it may be delaying the shift like it would for the up and down changes.

I'm curious, have you guys noticed a delay when driving in reverse and then shifting to drive? At 1st I thought it was a one off. But now seems to be every time I back up and then go to drive

Oh and today I had the whistle coming from the grill. I guess @Ford Motor Company still hasn't fixed that yet?

I have. It's about a half second longer than my Tacoma, hence why it's noticable. I'm going to assume it's normal unless it starts to get worse. Then it could mean a low fluid fill from factory but with no way to check the fluid level in the transmission....

My delivery window starts on Thursday. But from what I can tell around here, it seems once it's shipped (to the east coast) they seem to be getting here close to or before the opening window...

anyone looking to put mud flaps on their Bronco? I wasn't thinking about it, but the front tires do kick up a lot of dirt so far, probably gonna be messy in the winter with all that brine they put on the roads, probably best to keep as much of that off the paint as possible? Looks like the stock flaps dont work with rock rails or steps, so I would have to get the $200 gatorbacks, unless someone knows of a good alternative that doesnt look like crap?
