How is that right or fair to people who have waited this long to get their Bronco?

It sounds like orders going forward may have the delete items. Maybe current orders not scheduled would have the delete items and but I' be really confused if there are items deleted on vehicles currently scheduled for production. But this is Ford, so who knows. The credit given for the items deleted is never close to the cost to replace the options aftermarket.
