No Manual trans with Base 4-Door

Why no manual trans with Base 4dr? This was a basic want for myself and my needs but Ford is forcing me up to me to option up just to get the manual. This defeats the purpose of "make it the way you want it" idea behind the base model. I love the vehicle but I may opt out now. Once again I get forced into something I don't want or cant afford.

I thought there was a comment a few weeks ago asking this, it was said the info chart on the Ford page was an error and the man would be avail on the Base 4 dr.
Apparently the B&P shows the same thing.

You'll have to be patient and wait for Ford to fix stuff. Don't panic yet!
