Sounds better.

But at what cost?

This is the 2.7 so it doesn't apply to the 2.3 and stick

The 2022 more than likely will have a 2.7 manual + Sasquatch.
If you’re going to spend this much money get what you actually want.

If it is going to be a trail rig, then who cares the manual only comes with the 2.4... In town it won't be an issue either... if you are worried its under powered, then obviously you will spend more time on the freeway.

Manual, 2.4 and the crawl gear.... will climb with any rig out there, rock crawl with any and descend with the best of them ....... 2, 4, 6 or 8 cylinders...

So, if you think its under powered then get the 2.7, the auto and the off road additions..... it will still be a very capable rig.....

clearly the nes complaining about the 2.4 only with manual option will be more time on the pavment than the trails, where it will shine and is intended to be.......

If ford confirmed this, I would wait. But they would never do that and lose sales.
I agree. I just think some people will definitely be settling and having to choose between the v6 they want or the transmission they want. Six more months to wait and they can probably have both for the same price.

It sounds like they will never have a 7 spd and 2.7... Ever actually

Can't get the turbo 4 cyl wrangler, diesel or 392 Ina stick. I doubt Ford ever budgets on 2m7 plus manual

I'd rather not drive than drive an auto. And I don't like 4 cylinder engines

Ford Bronco No manual with 2.7L in 2021 giphy

And you're entitled to your opinion. I'd rather have the v6 mostly because of the added port injection to keep the valves clean. But I will not give up my manual tranny... not until my car drives itself... then it can taxi me around while I sit in the back getting drunk... lamenting that I can't have an ICE with a stick, and that America is officially dead.
