I didn't know that there was a speed limit in 4A. I drive in Sport mode often which sets 4A by default. Is there a way to run in Sport on 2H?
Yes, once in sport mode push 2h.

I got more clarification on this as my rig was spec with "Advanced 4x4 with Automatic On-Demand Engagement" and when switching to Sport (where it auto selects 4A) is safe and does not cause damage or have a max speed limit for usage. It will be an issue with rigs that are spec with "4x4 with part time selectable engagement".

Dont see
Auto in there
There isn’t and if you read above where I posted I clarified that. My point was if auto kicks into 4 at 70 mph it’s 4H right? That can’t be good for 4 wheel drive

4A and 4H are two different selections meant for different driving. Advanced 4x4 models have 2H, 4A, 4H, 4L. 4A safe for pavement at highway speeds.

Shouldn’t be driving over 70 and shitty weather anyway so keep it under 70 and Auto should be all good?

Good to know, I don’t have the fancy package so I’m not familiar

I don't think Normal will automatically select 4A; should always be 2H to start.
I think that is how mine has been working, Normal-always 2H
Until I hit the
4A button on the Goat dial
More specifically… keep foot on the throttle hit 4A, let off for a split second, the solenoid clicks….then resume speed,
