Stupid Ford for not being able to accurately predict pricing during a global pandemic. If only they could some how let us know, oh say 2-3 months before we order and 8 months before taking possession....

Funny, haven’t heard jack about other new vehicles from other companies this year

Ram announced their new truck and build price was available that same day

Simple solution. Stay with your current dealer and pay sticker.

I predict a lot of angry Granger/Stephens reservation holders next year when they find out that those dealers aren't getting enough allocation.

Exactly, the savings from not shipping or flying out to get your Bronco will pay off in paying sticker at your local dealer.

As a late reservee I am frustrated by
1 the lack of any decent color options
2 Pending the B&P, the potentially high package prices
3 Ford not being on time on B&P
4 No X-plan (I take it with a grain of salt that it is or isn't available)
As far as #2 goes...have you purchased a Ford lately? Because this is par for the course for them.

On an F-150 the 2.7 is a $1000 upgrade. I get that you bundle a 10-speed with it on the bronco but $3500? Geez

With the info about no x plan pricing and now rumors of another dealer change being allowed and this already being a first model year vehicle I'm starting to waver. It just seems like Ford really doesn't have a plan and are making it up as they go along. I love the Bronco's new design but at what cost?
Please, bail. :)

All pricing is speculation right now. I imagine on Friday there will be no shortage of threads talking about how a certain options pricing is ridiculous. But Ford is 100% tapping into the emotions of the people wanting this. And now that reservations have pushed to 2022...they’ll assume we’ll pay just to see it in our driveway.

I have been considering getting an Audi RS6 for my daily. It is now going to be a year late and they still want 20k adm at my local dealer. Ford isn’t the only one.

I have Southwest points and hotels are cheap; I can buy a lot of gas and roadside eats for $3500.

Makes sense. If you are a day 1 reservation, I'd pull up stakes and just wait Ford out. Screw 'em.

If you are much later - meh, you only live once.

Not everyone does, if someone elects shipping it could run up to $2000 which will eat alot of the savings.

Maybe they are worried they are going to be overwhelmed and figure they can:

a) drive away the 'maybes' to come back in a year
b) the added profit on the die-hards will make up for the loss
c) all will be forgiven when the die-hards get their trucks "faster" than imagined.

Just guessing...
