I just called my dealer on any news from their end, or if there's any previewing this week and he tells me my build is clean and "should be ready to be picked up".

This is nothing new but he did say there are notes attached to several builds including mine: "Special assembly requirement. Conflicting (resources?)..." He pauses and tells me he doesn't know what it means but to hang in there, and as I ask him to just read what it says and he kind of changes the subject.

Has anyone heard about these notes? What does it say? I'm really curious now.

Did you order any accessories? Could mean that it has to go to accessory shop before shipping.

My build is 2door 2.3 MT Badlands, Roof rack, Mid Package

He told me also that there are some builds like mine that have build dates already

ā€œHang in there.ā€ Those are some words nobody wants to hear.

Iā€™m guessing itā€™s in the accessory shop for the roof rack.
Yea I just realized I still have the roof rack in my build. After dropping the tow package and still no email, I wonder if dropping the roof rack changes anything lol

haha I can relate to your kind of thinking. I thought about dropping the tow package too but there doesnā€™t seem to be much rhyme or reasoning behind the scheduling other than the hard top issue so Iā€™m playing the hold card.

Itā€™s a 2 door youā€™ll be lucky to get a VIN after what ford just said about hard tops.

Yea I know, that's something I can't drop. I'd rather wait for 2023 than get a 4door lol
