Nice build. Impressions of the steps would be great (i.e. just the right height?, stick out far enough / too far for placing your foot, etc).
I hate side-steps in general. As a tall guy, I feel like they make it harder to get in. And I often dirty my pant leg when trying to get out. So I really just got them for extra protection in parking lots, and on the trail.

That being said, these side steps from 4 Wheel Parts are BEEFY & STURDY. They feel so solid, it’s incredible. The Bronco doors kind of curve out in the middle, so I think they’re the perfect width as well.

They’re definitely not for someone who’s looking for low profile running boards. But if you’re looking for protection, they’re the best steps I’ve seen.

Great looking Bronco. I’m thinking about the nudge bar myself but was wonder if it effects the drive assist/cruise control sensors on the front. Have you experienced any problems with those since you’ve installed?

I got the hood protector from Ford Accessories. It’s the one listed as, “Trail Armor Aeroskin II.”

And unfortunately, I don’t think you can add the 4WP side steps with the factory rock rails installed. I believe they use the same mounting points.
Can you tell me how the Trail Aeroskin (Hood Protector by Lund Accessories) attaches to the hood?

Also you are correct, factory rock rails must be removed before the 4WP step can be added. They do use the same mounting points.

Bravo, best OW I've seen. Didn't think I would be loving the hood deflector, but that's just right. Diggin' the red R and white B ONCO. Very posh. Bronco emblem sets it all off.

Looks great! I dig the red R in Bronco grille, and the side Bronco logo looks better than I imagined when first saw them available. Enjoy the ride with your new modifications 😎

From the Rough Country website:
NOTES - IMPORTANT
  • Requires minor cutting/drilling.
  • Does NOT fit models equipped with a factory tow hooks in the bumper.
  • ONLY fits models with tow rings under the factory front bumper.
  • LEDs are for off-road use ONLY.
  • May interfere with parking sensors, proximity sensors and external cruise control sensors.
  • The “R” is short for,
“Really gets under @De Brus ’s skin.” 🤣

…In all seriousness, it’s a nod to the Bronco Race Team.
🤷‍♂️ I guess I might understand more if you were going for the “Baja” look otherwise, just a poser.

Some sort of 3M adhesive on the bottom. It was super easy to install. Comes with the alcohol cleaning pads. Just make sure you start all the corners, and then work your way from one side to the other, peeling and applying at the same time.

I'm trying to remember how many doors OJ's Bronco had...was it two or was it four?
They only made two-doors back then:

WOOOOOSH !

Right over the top of BaseSquatch’s head.

Graybs was making a tongue-in-cheek reference to the fact that no 4-door has a legit claim to any kind of Bronco history.
