Has anyone seen recently produced examples?

- Have they fixed the tailgate droop/panel gaps and those near the taillights?
- Have they solved the ever-chipping tailgate hinges?
- Does under hood look any less like a rat’s nest?
- Are the interior plastics actually improved vs the preproduction roadshow models? What about the bottom-cushion leather stretching/creasing issue?
- Are the interior grab handles any sturdier?

This is the first I've read about this, any links or media to see on the subject?

Willing to bet they have not. The pre-production excuses were blatant BS.

The chipped hinges are visible on just about every Bronco pic out there. The gap isn't something I've noticed.

I sat in one of the demo units at an event and I think the grab handles are very sturdy. For reference, I am 6'4" 275 and I pulled pretty hard on them.

The engine bay isn't going to win any beauty contests and you can thank the government for all the emissions equipment and hoses/wires.

I mostly agree, except for the fact that the hinges have noticeably changed shape over the course of the pre-production time period. It’s possible continuing optimizations were made

same with the recovery hooks, I seem to recall them being clearly not production-process-produced on most of the roadshow units based on convos on here.

oh and let’s not forget the safari bar which is well-known to have been updated since the roadshow units were dispatched…

You're right, I hadn't realized this.

That hinge thing is because it serves as a stop for how far it will open... maybe the only way to fix it is to put a piece of nylon or something there as a cushion
