Hey everyone. I’m hoping someone in this forum can shed some light on the reason code showing on my order with my dealer. My order status has remained 99-Unscheduled even after updating options and removing the brush guard and towing capability, which I still want and am hoping I can add on after market but dropped just for hopes of getting the thing built sooner. Today when I checked in with my local dealer, there is an “NSP” code on mine along with most of my dealer’s other order holders. When he clicks on that - most everyone else had a G18: conflicting plant something or other… but mine said “G3: Dealer Do Not Schedule (Actual). The dealer said he doesn’t know what it means and we called the Bronco Support Number and they had no idea either and could only tell me that my order was not yet scheduled. Out to the far right of that same NSP window there is a column that said “Weeks” and under that it said 202205 … I would speculate that maybe that means they are projecting I will get built in May of next year?? But the words “Do Not Schedule” just worry me and I’m wondering if anyone here has any idea if it’s something to be concerned about or what it means. My build is a Badlands in Cactus Grey with the High Package (333A). Thanks in advance for any ideas or insights!!

What is your current priority code (10-19)?
If your dealer hasn't changed it from 99 it will not be scheduled.

"99" Priority will prevent your order from scheduling, period. It's the default code assigned to unscheduled retail orders that needed to convert to the 22MY.
If you have confirmed the configuration is correct with your dealer, request them to change the priority to "10-19" so it can be considered for scheduling. Also request a copy of your Preview Order with the corrected Priority Code.

Hope this helps!

That's what I'm thinking also Otis. Josh, tell your dealer to take the "99" off your order, and replace it with something between 10-19 if you want it to be scheduled. That should also remove all those words that no one seems to know anything about.

Dang @NonfatWombat beat me by a nano second. :)

it is still in 99. He’s an 80 year old man and I’ve sat with him three times now looking at all the orders he has in queue. He said he can’t change that status and that Ford has to. I’ve watched him try. What he as done is go in and change my options and then click submit and then I get an email from Ford saying “Your vehicle order has been updated.”

I am really worried that part of the problem is that he doesn’t know what he’s doing…. But I don’t want to cancel my order or lose my place in line.

This whole process is so frustrating. I might wind up back in a Jeep in 2022. I really want the Bronco but holy hell.

I'm sure you don't want to embarrass the man, but maybe you can find a way to get him some help. The dealer is the one that enters the priority code, and is the one that changes it. Good luck.

Technically, he can't change the status - Ford does that. BUT, if his credentials allow him to modify an order, and I assume he can, he has the ability to change the priority code. Must be 10 though 19.

The night before the last scheduling, I got a random emailed order preview with the 22 information that had code 99. I had a prior preview with my 21 build that had code 19. I actually drove to the dealer and had them change it on the spot. They did and then I got my build date the next day.

I think that all of the orders that were converted to a 22 were initially set as code 99 and the dealer had to change it. I was not expecting a build date with a 2 door reservation on 9/18/21. I think I slipped in because most people did not know to contact the dealer to change form a 99.

I can tell you the dealership was able to change from a code 99 to a code 10 in about 5 minutes.

There have been a couple of misguided posts here and there that say the code automatically changes form 99 to buildable when the parts are available. But this is not true, 99 orders are not even considered.

Not sure how to help out the older dealer. But my understanding is that the dealer is the only one who can change this.

***UPDATE*** Thank you all for the info! We just educated this old man and now he’s going in and updating all of his 99’s to 10s…

My only other question now is can I put my towing capability back on or is it something that would delay the order??
