My plan is to reorder with my dealer late enough to avoid the stampede but early enough that I can transfer dealers and still get my reorder in before Oct 28 if I have to (assuming that Ford lets us transfer).

Like you I am eager for tomorrow in order to play with the B&P, not to talk to my dealer.

None. Considering that the order guide was pulled from the Bronco Nation website a few days ago due to the number of obvious errors, I would bet it will be a few more weeks.
