Lifted my Bronco some time ago. OEM shocks get less than $1 at the scrap yard. Disposal is a hassle in California, because it’s California. Do OEM non-Sasquatch shocks have any resale value or do I go through the trouble of drilling the gas out and draining oil before a dump will take them?

If you are talking Hitachis the answer is no. My advice is to post them on Craigslist/FB/Buynothing for free. I have had people pick up all sorts of shit when is is free.

I’m sure if you post them online for very, very cheap you’ll get something. There’s probably folks who need to replace one because they’re damaged or something.

As others have mentioned, listing them for free will move them too, but I’d start by listing them for cheap to try to make a couple bucks.
