How bad is it to install? Specially the wiring. I want it but don't want to pay another $250+ to have it installed.

It mostly depends on your experience level and comfort. I would say it's not very difficult since there is no major modifications needed, but if you aren't comfortable removing interior trim it can be rough. For the installation, the hitch receiver mounts right up to the bumper as is. The wiring however, needs to run to the battery, which is done by running through the body. The driver side fender liners are easy to remove, but the interior panels can be tricky but are not too bad, they just pop in/out.

I'm a pretty handy mechanic but mostly old school iron. These new cars put together with plastic clips and glue really push my patience so I prefer not to work on them. I'll call around to see what labor looks like and will get back.
