With a CO2 system, other than taking off the valve stem cap and putting it back on, it takes about 30 seconds per tire to go from 12psi to 35psi on the sasquatch tires.
Yup.. I have a power tank system in the rear of my 2DR and have been very happy with it.

Awesome video!!

I’m in a delima, single or dual compressor.

Speed isn’t a big deal for me, so would getting say an ARB single be the best bet for someone who wants to inflate a single tire (trailers, mountain bikes.. etc) at times and other times air up 4 tires on the Bronco? It sounds like you don’t want to do single tires with a dual cylinder compressor as it could damage it over time.
I've used the single for 2 years, works well for 33" tires inflating to 35#. However, if I had 35" tires, based on my experience and this review, I'd upgrade to the twin for my next install.

I got the ARB in the case with the 1 gallon tank. I think that helps a little. It fills as I'm hooking up the air hoses. Takes about 6 minutes to fill 37's.

Very cool mounting job you’ve done!

How is the heat dissipation with the vinyl in close proximity?
There is a big space inside the plastic and lots of openings on the top so no issues for me so far. It gets between 170 to 180 last time I checked. I do want to replace it with the napa compressor just for the quicker fill and be able to help other air up.
Edit: I actually took out the handles and the long tube inside it. The hose is now attached closer to the pump and better fits inside.

Oh, seeing that Viair setup above reminded me of something!

I forgot about my Viair system I built back in my TJ Rubicon days. I had I think a 10 gallon tank mounted under the Jeep, the Viair pump ran under the hood and I ran 2 quick connects, one in the front and one in the rear. This was way before anyone had made all these new 2 and 4 tire fill up kits!

Pic for reference, I'm not intentionally flipping yall off, this pic was taken 10 years ago, LOL!

I'll share some pics of it before and after, when I get back home. My JK Rubicon was a beast too!

Not trying to hijack this thread, but here's a couple pics of my TJR

I have the EZFlate MOAB. It works great and I also take it with me in my Motorhome. It inflates the RV tires to 82 PSI with no problem. Onboard air is awesome, but I can use this one anywhere.

I've learned after having 2 different compressors and the M18, I much prefer the cordless M18 for the versatility and convenience features it offers.
Being cordless, I can go straight to the tire without having to open the hood.
Having programmable presets makes it foolproof and not having to sit there and watch the PSI.
Sure, it takes a little longer overall, but I can spend that time doing other things worry-free.
And even with those times, I'm still waiting on other people to finish airing up so I don't know what the rush is.

I’m still rocking the Napa maxi trax. I swear it pumps faster and then all the look alike compressors. It’s louder has a totally different sound. Mine always seem to beat everyone airing up I would totally buy another if it ever goes bad. Some times I even air up other people next to me to speed up their times.

That's a really cool shirt you've got there, looks like a cool brand that lots of people should go check out.
So is your compressor supposed to be used with the four way hose system? I noticed you only have a two hose system on your site. Also, to clarify yours doesn't have auto shut off so you'd need to monitor the pressure as it is going?

-M18 $180 + battery 131 temp. 15:40 (had to do one at a time). Used approx 75% battery
I needed a couple new batteries to go with my tools and got the air compressor for free. Yes, the 2 batteries were expensive but I use Milwaukee tools exclusively. I even have the weed eater and leaf blower. Weed eater is awesome. Leaf blower works great for the porch, driveway, and sidewalks. I am glad to see this test. Now I will not go out and buy a compressor. Thanks for the work!!!

Any downside to running a tank with the Trickflate?

Seems like a tank would eliminate the issues with operating a high flow compressor on a single tire or tool.

That is some great information, thank you.

I have the Morrflate duo on order and I am going to see if it will mount in this location.
