I just did the Father's Day run at Stillwater Ranch and really liked it. It is a bit different from other off-road parks since they are only open 1 day a month and closed for 6 months for hunting (6 total days a year for off-roading). There are trails from easy to extreme and there were lots of rigs coming in on trailers. I did a green-blue tour and we did the North area of the ranch.

I wasn't expecting it to be technically difficult, but I am glad that I had bash plates. Winding through the tight trees and going along the rocky trails in this beautiful part of Texas was a great experience.

Here is a video showing a bit of what we did:

Central Texas has a couple good spots in Boerne myself been to the adventure park in marble falls and have started the hill country overland route that is more just a country drive but there are some fun areas where you drive through rivers.

Where in Boerne? I’m in San Antonio and other than beach, haven’t found fun stuff off-road

About an hour from boerne. The hill country trail is a great spring and fall drive some spots get flooded and a bit precarious. It is a simple country road but it's not all paved some gravel and several water hazards. Hidden falls is fun especially up on I think black cat ridge it's called.
Awesome. Thanks. Is the hidden falls park similar to the OffRodeo terrain? Seems it isn’t far from there.
