For giggles I compared that to the guesstimate given to us earlier (MSRP x 96.5% and options x 94%). The real invoice came out to $53113 on my Badlands build. The guesstimate was $53113.45. So the estimated invoice came in at 0.00085% higher. I tell ya they'll try and squeeze ya for every dime and nickel or 4 dimes and a nickel in my case...
I just redid my numbers based on this and haven't done numbers since the guestimate and I am in the ballpark net gain a little, must of used some fuzzy math somewhere.

So sas is cheaper to add on outer banks than black diamond? Should there be a reason for that?

So if I’m reading this correctly, I add up my build with all options I selected using the numbers on this document to get my invoice price and that’s what I’ll use for my Xplan calculation?

I'm noticing that my (BD) base vehicle price with the "Mid" designation is $100 more than the base price + the Mid package listed farther down the sheet. What's up with that?

Correct me if I'm wrong but looks like you'll be able to order pretty much any option with any trim? Specifically the signature headlights and 33 MTs on the BD?

Someone pinch me.
This could change things for me, this is big time if it's true.

I'm new to this, can someone explain the "dealer invoice with holdback" vs "suggested retail"?
Retail=MSRP=Asking Price

Dealer Invoive, what the public thinks the dealer pays and what the public feels good to negotiate to.

Holdback is hidden profit the dealers get if they hit certain Ford performance goals.

Fantastic info, thanks for this! Makes you wonder how beefy the holdback incentives are though... word has been out for a while about granger&others offering below invoice. Maybe Ford threw the dealerships another bone to sound competitive and decreased the invoice gap and increased the holdback incentives. Especially given that almost all of these units are guaranteed to sell. What’s another conspiracy for the forums? Lol

A10 is standard on OBX, mandatory on SAS package

it’s the “unless otherwise noted” bit that gets ya. the order guide has those notes unfortunately
