I was pushing 30 gpm in a 94 f150 straight six 5speed. I think I can do a hell of a lot better with my manual nonsquatched bd.

I plan on beating the numbers, I always can in a manual. If you drive in the sweet spots it's not hard.
I think it’s possible with the manual. With the automatic, much less likely. I get 18.7 in my Ranger. I’d expect 15-16.5 on a 4-door auto Bronco. I think I’ll be able to beat my 18.7 with a 2-door 7-speed.

It will be! Heck my XJ got about 14-15MPG & beats the heck out of a jet boat.
It will be especially worth it if the following happens 😁

Everyone on Bronco6G running to their nearest Jeep dealership to get that 0% for 84 months. This was the nail in the coffin ladies and gents. 🤣
Shorten that build line baby 😄

except that 0% for 84 months is on jeep Cherokee, compass, and renegade. The 0% on the wrangler is for 36 months

I already have a Wrangler, and it will go anywhere the Bronco will with less torque. While the Bronco is built to go off road, the Jeep is also. The fact you stated is correct, and those people will make up the vast majority of people that will want, or buy the Bronco. And, those are the ones that will be more concerned with mpgs than those that use there's primarily off road. And those are the ones that will give Ford the profit they want in this venture. I just think it's short sighted on Fords part to not be more concerned with 2-3 more mpgs. As I've stated many times we will use our Bronco like we do our Jeep. That will be for long road trips (where that 2-3 more mpgs will make a big difference), and light off roading where mpgs aren't a concern.

I'm not saying I won't move forward with buying a Bronco. Just stating how I see it.
Ford was concerned with 2-3 more MPGs and its called the Bronco Sport.

Is 23 gallons the standard F150 tank size? I'm spoiled with 36 gallons. 650+ miles on a tank.
Yes, the Sport has the 23 gal tank with the 2.7 Eco!
