Are the inverted city/hwy MPG rating of the auto/badlands an indicator of the engine working to hard at 70mph. Have never seen a lower hwy rating outside of a hybrid. It's also worse than the auto/Sasquatch build! What is going on here?

Think there will be any difference between 2dr and 4dr? Why or why not? Apologies if this has been answered in other threads and I missed it.

OP isn't asking between trims...he asked how could the same vehicle get better mileage in the city than on the highway... it's normally the opposite.

First and foremost, this number are all over the place and probably as accurate as everything else BN puts out.

But yeah, I would say it could be multiple things...

1) start stop in city
2) highway speed will drastically affect mileage (55 vs 75 for example)
3) smaller engines do better in the city, but worse on the highway when they have to work harder (hills, heavier vehicles, winds, etc)

The more I look at these numbers the more they look made up. If they were real, you'd see 2 & 4 door listed separately, it would not be missing a trim level or have them listed twice. Totally bogus document.

Ksjrb03, People posting to your thread have pointed out duplicate & missing trim levels, missing data, and how some or these numbers just simple make no since.

You claim this came from Bronco Nation... yet I could not find a forum on their site talking about this document. Can you provide a link?

Seriously dude, how lazy are you lmao. It’s under the latest news tab, but your gonna have to scroll a bit down since this is old news by now. There are rules against linking Bronco Nation here thats why you need to put in a little effort. The numbers are real no matter how much you don’t like it.

Seriously wtf are we going to do about range? I'm not surprised by the poor mileage but am surprised that any automaker is releasing a new vehicle with less than 300 mile range. For my planned for use, my likely range for my 2 door badlands is 250 miles. That is unacceptable in Utah and much of the west.

Where/how can I carry a gas can? How likely is an aftermarket aux tank?

This could be a deal breaker for me...
