Reserved 7/22...I've been let down continually from Ford, just tack another L on the board...

Depends on how many your dealer gets allocated to fill reservations, and where you sit in their list.

Included to be counted in the formula affecting how many your dealer gets to use to fill reservations...not necessarily included in those that get filled.

It's the same ordering period, January. I'm not concerned about prices at all.

That's the thing. Ford hasn't said it's a separate track or there will be pricing changes. Ford will very likely not make ANY changes to 2022 Broncos as to not alienate late reservation holders. Ford has said nothing about any actual changes to 2022. Everything you see about options being added for MY22 is wishful thinking from people upset about white tops and not having green paint.
This whole thing is giving a clear break for their MY designations. People are reading into it far too much.

As a 9/19 reservation holder let me state this absolute fact. The price just went up.

Does that mean that I’m not getting a 2021? I’m getting a 2022? And when do model years start becoming available? Are we talking Sept next year? November?

Current drama aside, I think most buyers simply want to know whether the choice of dealer has any impact on when they will receive their Bronco. For example, if you have a 7/15 reservation time stamp, will you get your Bronco at approximately the same time no matter who you select as your dealer ( recognizing that unusual option choices could have some impact also)

I think Ford will be using the non converted reservations made prior to Sept 18th as it's 2021 allocation for dealer showrooms.

My guess is Sept 19th res holder will be able to go pay ADM at a dealership for a 2021 before they get their 2022 delivered if they so choose.

Not a chance. Reservations not converted go away and the deposit is refunded. The reservation belongs to the customer.

If people are allowed to switch their reservations up until 1/31/21 and the number of reservations accounts for 50% of a dealer's allocation, how will we really know what the dealer's allocation looks like and as a result the potential impact on our delivery timeframe / our dealer selection? Is this just a moving target that gets closer to being accurate as time goes by and more orders are placed?

Most people on this forum get it- but just to be clear model year (MY) and year of delivery are separate.

I refuse to believe Ford will deliver MY2021 in any year other than 2021. Most likely, MY2021 will be delivered up to maybe July 31, 2021.

Then all Broncos delivered from 8/01/2021 to 7/31/2022 will be MY2022. I can’t imagine what sort of nightmare it would if MY2021 were delivered in 2022.

I believe that MY2021 may have less options but I want one. To be clear, I have a reservation 7/15 & 7/25 so I don’t really care.

Anyone with a reservation should wait untilThe cut-off to decide what to do. A lot has, can, and will change.

..You're right..When I ordered my 2011 Shelby in June 2010....It hit the lot July 10th..so yes I had my 2011 for 5 months in 2010...

So you’re telling me that a Ford dealership will not have unreserved Broncos to sell prior to me getting the build that I was promised?

I'm not sure what the point of a reservation would be if someone made a reservation in say, September and wouldn't get a Bronco until late 2021 while anyone could just walk into a dealership 9 months later and get one right off the lot months before the reservation-holder.

So for guys that were waiting to hear about the Texas Volume Buy or the Granger Oct. deal just got screwed over?

How did anyone get screwed over? Anyone placing a reservation this late should have reasonably known that it would result in a late delivery, most likely in 2022. Ford.com clearly states it, as did @Granger Ford.
