After what seemed like months of trying to snag a stray 2DR and refusing to pay a cent of ADM, I went ahead today and officially placed my order from a salesman and dealer that earned my business and was genuinely enthused to have it. Corwin Ford in Idaho. I'm in Texas so that'll make for a nice road trip sometime next year, lol.

Not to make fun - but how long do you think it will be?

I reserved 8/2/2020, ordered 2/25/2021, reordered MY 22 10/13/2021 and have a rough idea that I might get it in 2022.

This dealer is close to where I live, but I am getting my 2dr from Iowa.
Note that I don't have anything against Corwin.

The larger dealers in Idaho will have a shorter wait given Ford's allocation changes for MY22. The b6g rep for the meridian dealership said that he expects to fill all MY22 orders and can accept transfers at MSRP.

I hope to get a build date tomorrow (currently previewing). I was lucky and near the front of the line, so not impacted by Ford's crackdown on small dealers.
