1) Take a deep breath
2) open the hood
3) push down on every fuse in the fuse box
4) use a socket wrench tighten the bolts holding the fuse box to the body
5) make your way around the engine compartment with that socket wrench and tighten every ground point
6) disconnect the negative terminal from the battery for a few minute, reconnect and tighten

7) see if the issue goes away after driving for a few miles. if not, take it in, you’ve gone above and beyond already.

Did you happen to have the doors off and start it? Mine freaks out if the seat belt isn’t buckled and I start it with the doors off.
On the MPG. Dang I can’t get that good no matter what.

I wish that would happen to me…
That would at least mean I have mine

Happened several times to forum members.

Wheel speed sensor. 80% chance the sensor is good, but the plug isn't seated well or got debris in it.

I get 17.6 even with 34 inch tires. Drive with a light foot and remember to use gravity when the opportunity arises. Also, try "pulse and glide " driving technique. Google it.

Since I traded in my Maxima for a Bronco, I've totally adjusted my driving style from "bat out of hell" to "conservative granny".

I drive 1.1 miles to work stop sign to stop sign so I’ll never get great mileage in my small town. It does go up drastically if we road trip anywhere.
