South Metro area - reserved a Badlands 4 door - Not sure on color maybe Area 51 or Carbonized Grey.
I haven't found many trails here in MN which just means lots of road trips in the future.

Reserved a Black Diamond 2 door (manual) but may switch to Badlands when I actually order. Depends on the wheels and tires situation - I want 33’s. I live in the Twin Cities so this is overkill, but the rubberized interior and ride height seem pretty nice even if it ends up being a mall crawler.

Welcome everyone. There are a few off-road trails in MN but I think more up north. Few good ones around Gilbert, Iron Range area. I do road trips to see my parents in AZ, so trails in CO, UT and AZ are on my bucket list. But before that happens I'll be exploring in MN, since I've never off-roaded before, I better do baby steps.

Hopefully we get ours at the same time, we can plan a few MN outings.

I'm leaning towards Area 51 now, just too many blues out there. The 33" tires would be cool too but I have to see what manual transmission limitations are. I don't intend to re-gear or anything drastic like that.

Gonna be a long winter waiting for this to happen.

Can we even cross the border yet, with this covid thing? You might be closer than we are then to MN's iron range. I 'think' that's a pretty good area for off-roading.

Nope. It'll be a while yet before the border is open. Wouldn't suprise me if a Bronco appears in my driveway before I can get back to the US.

Cool, my parents live in AZ, I drive out 1-2 times a year. Last year I went through SD, WY, CO, NM to get there. This year was IA, NE, CO, UT, NV. I want to spend more time (camping) in CO. MT, WY, CO and UT are the places I want to explore more, my bucket list.

LOL, you are correct, IA and NE are pretty boring (my opinion don't want to offend) to drive through. Just threw them in because that was my path. Yes will be a long winter, waiting in anticipation, thinking 'dang I could be powering through this snow in a Bronco'!
