By all accounts my OBX was built yesterday. Tracker changed to in production 8/5. BCE modules popped on the other tracker. B6G tracker shows 8/5 production. No updates on status to ābuiltā but I had paint protection film and a couple other things that need to be installed. My assumption is that status wonāt change until thatās done. If I donāt end up in MIC top purgatory, Iām hoping I see it before the end of the month.
Just saw my first Bronco in MN on Rockford Road in Plymouth. I just caught it last minute so Iām not sure which model it was, but it was a AMB, 4-door, MIC, non-squatch.

Iām in south central MN and a CO wildtrak was just delivered today! Dealer sent me a text so I could check it out. First Sasquatch Iāve seen in person. It was a beast! Making me evaluate my order of Badlands non Sasquatch. On another note have a Ranger Tremor coming in a couple of weeks as my Bronco wonāt be here until late 22 at the earliest. Had to have something to drive this winter.
Iād love to hear your thoughts on the Tremor, as thatās exactly what Iām thinking about if I get pushed. I assume chip shortages and such would still influence the order lag.

Just found out my Tremor is sitting in chip purgatory! Thought I would have by end of this month but it shows an October 31 delivery date and says itās waiting for a chip. Iām bummed

I pretty much knew I'd be 22MY, hoping by spring. But now, yea maybe 23MY, would still hope for late summer 22MY.

Saw my first bronco in the wild yesterday in Big Lake. Cyber Orange looked like a wild track. My CO OBX is sitting at the plant with a couple thousand of its friends waiting on a new top. Could be out enjoying but got an email from Ford that Iāll hear in September on timeline. Built 1.5 weeks ago but originally scheduled 6/7. Not real happy but at least itāll be here sometime this year. (Maybe). MY21 at the end of the year with ZERO incentives whatsoever.
Not sure. Doors and front/middle roof panels were off.
With the recent news on getting pushed to 22, Iām seriously thinking about going the Defender route. Iāll be spending quite a bit more, but Iām already getting buy-in from the family. Maybe Iām just bitter, so Iām gonna wait a while until the dust settles, but Iām definitely leaning that way. One BIG advantage of the Defender over the Bronco is towing capacity. Not close there, and thatās an important piece for me.
