My guess is 73' my 72 doesn't. Have name plates for the heater switches. Also the 170 ci was the last year. I believe 69 or 70' was first year that front side markers were required. But really the only way to know is the vin plate. Mine has is the Dana 44.

Rust? you aint seen rust till you see what they sell for 6g up here!
Right, that was my thinking. I'm from MN and from what I can see on this Bronco, there's no rust. The frame could be another story.

Definitely not a 73. The t-shift transfer case ended in 72. So I would say it's 69-72. Need to see more to narrow it down. It also looks like a 3 on the tree which I think 72 was the last year for that...
My 75 was 3 on the tree

Welcome aboard the roller coaster. There have been a lot of ups and downs over the past year on this forum. Some very high exciting times and some very low dark times, but it's been pretty boring lately I must say. Kudos for igniting this spark (y)
A pleasure to be here with all of you. Thanks. đź‘Ť

Have we considered removing the whole tarp?
The realtor did not want him to. As I guess the "owner" tied it up good as they could. He did not want to piss anybody off.

Hmm… sounds suspect…

Restoration is a lot more than $15k. I took the time to come up with an estimate for my '75 which is not a rust bucket and I'm out over $25k....doing most of the work myself. I guess that is why mine will remain a survivor.
Restoration qualities may vary. Also I dont have enough money to think about paying people to do anything other than spraying paint lol. Restored, to me, is drivable and clean from 25 ft :ROFLMAO:

This guy owns a business. Makes GOOD bucks. So yes, he can afford to do everything. The question is "will he".
Sorry I just assume every one is as poor as me or atleast operates as if they are. Its the only way I can continue to go on:cry::ROFLMAO::cry:. Show of hands how many folks on the forum work in a hourly labor type position?

I hear you. I put money in my spreadsheet for three things done by others...an engine build (347 stroker), rebuild the C4 (switching back from the current manual), and body / paint. That stuff adds up. Right now I'm settling for a drivable rig that I refer to as a survivor...98% original in the as-put-away condition when it stopped being a daily driver 15 yrs ago.

I look forward to seeing more pics. I see a lot of signs of cancer. I hope I'm wrong, he could be in for a surprise. That dash pad though!
