Would’ve been good if responses included whether you’re using auto start stop. Especially folks doing 50% or more city driving. Traffic lights here in FL big intersections can be a 5 minute wait lol
We also need elevation and if it's hand calculated or on the dash. I am skeptical of some of the numbers :inspect:

In LA and I’m on a mission to get to 21 mpg while fighting LA traffic daily in Orenthal 🐎 currently at 20.8. My last car was a Kia forte with 30 average mpg 🤓😎. Base model currently with stock steelies. Waiting on the next trip so I can install my 33” tires for offroading

Based on dash numbers we’re currently at 18.3mpg: 24 4D SAS mileage is mixed city/short highway. IIRC our only overnight trip packed with camping gear and dogs we were about 17. We always burn 92.

23 Bad SAS. I've been getting between 17 and 19 on the winter blend gas, and 18-20 on the summer blend. I check real world milage every fill up. I'd say I do 60/40 city to highway milage.

I live at ~6000 ft and always hand calculate when I'm at the station. The Bronco is usually about .5 mpg optimistic. My current tank the Bronco shows 20.4, and lifetime milage (I've never reset it since I purchased) on the Bronco is 19.4

What elevation are you at and stock tires or did you go larger?
i am at 1000 feet. This is with stock tires.

I have a set of black diamond tires to. That knocks 1 mpg off the average for normal driving. Highway didn’t have much effect.

2022 Badlands, non-SAS, stock 33s with BFG KO2 tires. Stock engine, drivetrain and suspension.
39k total miles driven, mostly on-road rural and highway with occasional dense city driving here in Maryland and Virginia. Always use 93 octane premium fuel. Normal driving mode (no Eco mode use).

Summer MPG: 22-23
Winter MPG: 19-20

Riding on 37's with a 3-inch lift and other mods I'm averaging anywhere between 13-14 Black Diamond. We haven't put too many miles on it recently just driving my wife's EV mostly. The cost savings is substantial enough we won't touch the Bronco unless it's a fun trip.

Similar situation here. On long trips or trips where I’d rather park the wife’s lease the Bronco stays home all cozy in the garage.

2023 2.7L OBX stock non-SAS daily driver in NorCal with about 15K so far, of which roughly 5k of long road trips. Current average MPG is 19.5 on Costco gas, or Chevron when on trips. I have the LUX Pack and switch to eco mode more often than not. I am also one to keep my foot out of the boost and RPMs at 2K or less 75 % of the time. This suits my driving situation in our local traffic.

That said, I am very fond of the SPORT setting. Vroom Vroom!
