We never did. So call your dealer for update. My dealer never update me. I supposed "Follow up " is part of their sales job.

I did not get an update either. The email doesn't give any new information so there wasn't really an update to give anyway. Once there is real news I would expect an update from my dealer. When I have had questions or a change in my order they get right back to me.

True there wasn't much of an update. But the point is that they didn't even bother to include us in the "non-update".

That’s the point. Are you not building customers for life ? So communicate!! Make them feel they are connected. Make them feel part of it. Make them feel informed.

I didn’t get an email but called my dealer and he had a VIN for me so at least thats something

The Bronco specialist at my dealer finaalllllly gave me the light of day and sent me an e-mail.

I haven't really spoken to him since submitting my build and deposit. But today he said, "Ford has pulled the build sheet but have not yet given us an E.T.A for your unit."

Just so I don't wait another 3 weeks for a reply, how should I interpret this? When I ordered I was told July/August delivery is quite likely. Does this still sound like it is on track or I might be waiting a tad bit longer?

Sounds like it’s “previewing” - So no build week or VIN (which comes out Thursdays). Just because it’s previewing doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily see a build week/VIN this Thursday, but it is promising news.

I was shocked yesterday to receive a VIN and build week from my dealer. Week of July 19. We will see if it holds. Late August res. There's no logic to this.

Looking for advice on buying a Bronco near Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Spoke with Downtown Ford Toronto who are charging ~$9K up front markup. Found a dealer in Mississauga at Erinwood Ford who claims to not charge markup but still waiting on a quote.

Has anyone bought from Erinwood Ford yet?
Has anyone had any good experience with Ford dealers in southern Ontario?

Looks like a Ford dealer in Cornwall has a reputation for not charging markup, wondering if there is anyone closer to the city.

I ordered from oak-land. Their website says no ADM and also got confirmation by email last year. But some of their policies are not transparent.

Pine tree, and the Milton dealer also said no ADM when I chatted last year.
