Pan-y-verbena, It wasn’t my intention to dodge the question, my intention was to reinforce ADM being waved for B6G members. Also, to get more people on B6G to take advantage of this offer. I want people to get this offer being a member and apart of this community and grow it! At this point in time, ADM will be additional unless advertised including admin. Once we get pricing from Ford to advertise, I will circle back to this thread and update everyone. Please note, I am an enthusiast on this site just like you are and ADM is not a decision I make personally as a sales consultant. That is above my head but I understand where everyone is coming from with these questions

TBH, if i was still in Ontario, I'd move my business after hearing this.

ADM should not be charged to anyone.

From what I've heard.

Dealers are strictly prohibited to charge any additional fees to xza plan holders.

It should be something like: (invoice - % + 250) anything else shouldn't appear in the contract.

You are correct with the additional fees. As these pin holders get a pre discounted price only they are able to get as a perk/ benefit of being a partner or employee of Ford.

I bought my 2017 mustang from Lang & Fetter Ford in Trenton, I got a good deal (X Plan - $1000 Consumer Cash - $500 Military Discount and a deal on dealer installed lowering kit & exhaust).

They won’t say much about the 21 Brinco cost until programs are advertised (B&P comes out) but they’ve said they’ll always strive to beat other competitors. They are a small town dealership but in my experience work hard to out price the bigger T.O Ford dealers!

On the US Ford.com under;
"Online Reservation FAQs
Can Customers update their dealer selection for their reservation?

Customers may reach out to Ford Customer Support at (800) 334-4375 for assistance in updating their dealer selection. In changing dealers, there will be no impact to a customer's reservation ID, vehicle details, or the associated timestamp.
Needs to be done on or before October 31st."

On calling that number they directed me to Canada Ford @ 800-565-3673. They stated that here in canada one cannot change their dealership. On the Ford.ca this particular FAQs does not show on the list. The the said only way to change a dealership is to cancel and book another new one which then you loose the original ID and spot.

Thought that i'd let everyone know this .
If the call centre is dead wrong because they are just looking at incomplete data that's in front of them, let me know!
Really need to change my dealership before October31st

Ford Canada information is correct. We have no way of switching your reservation and keeping your spot in line. You would technically lose your spot in line and re-enter the line when you make a new reservation.

What dealership are you thinking of getting the new Reservation through? I am the Bronco Specialist at Kitchener Ford and would be happy to help and do my best to get your order in right away

If you are saying that I cannot change dealerships then why switch? How could you help then? I don't want my vehicle delivered in 2022. I'm high on the reservation and hope to get it by latest summer of 2021. If i get screwed I just wont buy the bronco nor any other ford ford vehicle, ever again! I'll stick with my current jeep.
I had to pick a dealer during the registration so i just picked the closest dealership to me thinking i can change it.......not in Canada! I got sewed, and many others in the same boat. Not good on Ford!
Am very bitter because I really want a Branco. We'll see!

Thanks for trying though

I hear ya fly-cobra32, I would stick with your current dealer and get the reservation processed through an order through them. I don't personally think you got screwed as when you make your reservation you chose your preferred dealer, Ford didn't force you to that store, you selected it! I would have cancelled early and switched but nonetheless, I would recommend sticking to your current reservation.

Keep in mind that reservations are in chronological order but every person that cancels, doesn't get approved or whatever may happen, you move up in the line. For reference, Ford's not anticipating all 165,000 reservations to be transferred to orders, there will be a ton that don't carry over to orders then bumping your order up. But, early bird gets the worm. My recommendation is once order banks open up, go into your chosen dealer and order have the deposit and build and price print out in hand and order right away. This will help the best to get your Bronco faster!

Another question I have been having is if one does not strike a deal with that dealer that day.....
1. can you take it to another dealer or do you just loose the reservation entirely and have to start from square one?
2. can you take the deal home and think about it.....and how much time.

Clever way that Ford has set this all up :(

Connor sounds like a good guy and a good dealership. But I have to agree with your points. Kinda crappy that it sounds like (at this point) that we can’t switch our reservations. But the US can? Makes no sense. Sounds more like Ford Canada is asleep at the wheel to me. Someone should be talking to those guys get them on the same page as the US.

with that said, I have 3 reservations at 3 different dealerships and I hope one of them pan out to what Connor has outlined in this thread (regarding pricing and x-plan), but if it doesn’t I wanted to switch one of my reservations to Kitchener Ford. If it was possible I’m sure Connor would want you to do it lol.

anyway, hopefully they change this crap and we can switch just like the States.

That was smart of you to book three reservations............you now have choice! Wish I did that. Guess i was looking at the US site when i saw that a dealership reservation can be changed.
Ford Canada runs independently from the US. I sent a note to Ford Canada executives. Will they listen, probably not being late in the game.......really disappointed in Ford.

I just got an email back form Karen B. @ Customer Relationship Centre / Ford of Canada. She said;
" are aware that there is not a process for customers to change their dealer or vehicle without cancelling and making a new reservation "

Thus loosing your spot.......................

Or;
" can wait for the possibility that a process is put in place. "

Nice! Hope they are hearding us loud and clear. Right now I'll be going into the dealer that I don't want to do business with nor eager or at ease to strike a deal to purchase one from them.
Doesn't make good business sense to me......My excitement went from 200%+ to 80%-

I guess I chose the right photo image!

1. That's a great question. Technically, with the limited info Ford has sent to me, you would lose the reservation IF you went to another store and ordered as the reservation is tied to your preferred store. If you got a deal with your preferred store, went home to think about it, you could come back the next day and purchase it and keep your reservation spot in line. This is the whole point of preferred dealer.
2. You could do that if you wish, I would just recommend that the longer you wait, the later You are going to get your Bronco. I would think by the time we can order Bronco's ford.ca will have the build and price with payment calculator online so you know what you will be buying the Bronco for and payments before you go in. There shouldn't be any surprises when you go in!

Personally, with how I have heard of other stores not being excited about the product like we are here at Kitchener Ford, I don't blame people for wanting to change stores. I think Ford's idea was to have a preferred store that you chose, have that store very excited about it and build your experience with them making your preferred store and earning the title of being your preferred customer experience store. I hope there comes a process where you would be able to switch your dealer fly-cobra32, this is a exciting time and a exciting vehicle!

Ford first set the environment -first come first serve.....so... i didn't have a dealer ,just moved in my area and wanted to order.....quick I guess I looking at the US site and it stated that you can change dealership. Caniadian should be the same....no?!? Thinking that i proceeded to reserve and chose the closest dealership. My mistake ....none the less i was pressured.
