Hello Everyone,
I am so excited to see all the chatting in this thread! My name is Connor and I am a Sales Consultant as well as the Bronco Specialist at Kitchener Ford. I see a few names on here that match up to reservations we have here at Kitchener Ford, which is awesome and really exciting! Really looking forward to connecting with everyone about their orders. I wanted to get out in front of all the other dealerships and establish that I will be the dedicated specialist here at Kitchener Ford and look forward to being a part of this community.

I have a 4 Door Big Bend on reserve that I am just as excited to get as the rest of you. I will do my absolute best to answer all questions I possibly can given the very limited Canadian Information I have been given. Please note guys and gals that Ford is being very tight-lipped on information and I do not have more than what we have all gathered from this Forum. I do not know when BP will be launched, I don't know allocations, ordering process or prices for trims, options or packages, unfortunately :( Once I know, I will be happy to share any information I get that I am allowed to share as per Ford Motor Company.

Bronco6G Members will not be charged ADM. We will not be charging over MSRP on non-limited edition models and at Kitchener Ford, we don't have any First Editions on reserve so there won't be any above MSRP sales.

Please bear with me while we navigate our way through this together as enthusiasts. To any of our current reservation holders, future reservation holders, or anyone just looking for some possible answers, you can message me here or email me at [email protected] directly!

Connor
Hey Connor,

Nice to see a dealer representing here. Anyway, I'm not close to Kitchener, but I do plan on buying my Badsquatch at Barrie Ford (which seems to be a part of your dealer network, AutoIQ).

Anyway, it's great you won't charge ADM, but all that that means is that you'll charge MSRP. Which is a terribly great incentive either lol. This is a high production vehicle and definitely NOT a GT350R. What are we committing to in terms of pricing? Will the AutoIQ dealers honour X-Plan? I have it and want to use it. If not I'll move onto a dealer that does...it's really that simple. I currently have 3 reservations at 3 different dealers (seems I didn't need that since I can switch dealers at time of order...but for now, I'll keep them anyway).

Let me and this Ontario community know your thoughts. And keep in mind MSRP is not what we're looking for here. Go in this forum and look into Granger Ford...active member and dealer and they're offering the deals we want to see from you guys.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your reply, I would be happy to expand on this for you! It is fantastic that you have X-Plan. You get a discount that already covers Admin, a full tank of fuel and a discount that only PIN plan holders can get. I have confirmed with X-Plan HQ that X-Plan WILL be eligible for use on BRONCO family of vehicles with AutoIQ. Barrie Ford is in our dealer group, have you been contacted by a Bronco Specialist from Barrie Ford yet?

I looked into Granger Ford on the Forums and the only thing I am seeing is a Dealer in the states?

My thoughts: You're right, It is not a GT350R but it is a new vehicle that is coming back for the first time in 25 years. If you or any other members are PIN plan holders, you will be able to use that on the Bronco Purchase. By my guesses, there will not be a plethora of Bronco's right away. We don't have production numbers or allocation numbers yet from Ford to know better but with this being said, selling for MSRP is fair for the first few shipments of Broncos and is a norm for early arrivals of a vehicle and early adopters of vehicles. Tremor's, PP2's, Edge ST, and Explorer ST's had the same treatment when Brand new off the truck. Plus, Ford puts the same mindset out by not giving any delivery allowances for at least the first 6 months of a new vehicle landing on dealer lots. It doesn't stay that way forever, of course not!

Employee Pricing is always the best time for discounts, which hopefully Bronco will be included in 2021 Employee Pricing. Please note these are my personal thoughts. Each dealer is at liberty to price at or below MSRP.

I hope my personal thoughts help you here.

Thanks reply Connor, very thorough explanation. I am a Mustang Club member (as I have a GT350R) so hopefully that's honoured in Canada.

No, nobody has contacted me from Barrie Ford yet but I do have a guy I've been meaning to buy a vehicle from for quite some time lol. I was going to get an Explorer ST from him, but I decided it wasn't the vehicle for me. Max Rolph. He's pretty good and nice to deal with. Does Barrie Ford have a "Bronco Specialist" as well?

Hey Rob,

No problem at all! Mustang Club X-Plan's are valid in here in Canada and useable for Bronco Purchases! Confirmed with X-Plan HQ. I was going to ask if you have one, saw the profile pic! One of my favorite color and stripe spec R's. Beautiful car. I'm a sucker for the GT350 Heritage Edition!

I am not sure if Barrie Ford has one yet, to be honest, to my knowledge I am the only one out here as a Bronco Specialist at the dealer level involved with the community within AutoIQ. Shoot Max an email with your reservation number linked to Barrie Ford and I'm sure he can help out!

GT350R Heritage Edition is a beauty but it wasn't out when I got my 2017. lol. It would have made my colour decision that much more difficult. Ya, just sent Max an email, if Barrie Ford falls through I'll come speak with your guys. Kitchener not that far haha. After all, I bought my GT350R from Regina, Saskatchewan because GTA dealers were charging massive ADM.

Anyway, thanks for the info.

Has anyone successfully changed their order to a different dealership yet in Canada? I am going to contact my selected dealer soon (Northway Ford in Brantford) and see what they are planning for pricing and if they accept X-plan. If it doesn't sound good I'll be looking to move my res to Kitchener.

Hi Skifryan,

I have not heard of any successful dealer changes. I would recommend putting a reservation in as soon as possible to your preferred dealership.
If you switch to Kitchener Ford, please let me know as I am the Bronco Specialist at Kitchener Ford. Bronco6G members will pay no ADM and if you are an X-Plan PIN holder, your X-Plan is useable on Bronco Purchases.

Thanks,
Connor from Kitchener Ford

There is a lot of conflicting info on the site about dealer change. There is nothing in the FAQS that says you can change at all. Some people who reserved on the reveal night received an email stating they could change by Oct 31 but that was due to system issues they had that night. Best bet is yo call Ford customer service and try. Let us know if you succeed!

I am personal friends with the VP of Eric Campbell Ford in Exeter and he has next to zero concrete info from Ford about the Bronco. All he told me was that I was the first person in line on his list of reservations. He said they will not be charging MSRP on them either.

Does that mean below msrp or they’ll be charging a markup?

Hey all,
A new vehicle cannot be sold above MSRP in Canada. US doesn’t have a law against that, that’s why you see lots about high mark ups and so on down there. Canada, we cannot charge above.
If you can provide a X-Plan PIN that has been generated for you and your Bronco purchase, you’re gonna get a pre negotiated discounted price that is reserved for Ford Partners. Bronco and Bronco Sport
purchases are eligible for X-Plan discounts. Raptors and Shelby’s are not. All Ford dealers can honour an X-Plan purchase on eligible vehicles.

Tell that to dealers selling c8 corvettes and GT500s haha. Even though that is a "law" in canada, dealers still get away with ADM.

There are some ways around the law, unfortunately. I've seen it and am disappointed with that too!

Not so with GT350 either...I had to go to Saskatchewan to buy mine because the dealers in ontario were all 40k above MSRP.
