No door means no place to put my arm, so I'll be leaving the doors on mine almost exclusively.
I'll do it at least once though. ;-)

I took my doors off for the first time this weekend. I haven’t tried putting them back on. What makes it so difficult to put them back on? Taking them off was very easy.Took my doors off for the second time today since having the bronco for 6 months. Total blast and I cant count how many compliments, head nods and conversations it started, including a jeep owner at a light who said "I'm so jealous, I'm waiting on mine". All I said was "you're gonna love it".
But why in the hell did Ford make it this complicated to put the damn doors back on!? Jeeps were a breeze.
I use my old jeep door wall hangers for the garage bags and the combination of the two works well for storage.
What? That’s ridiculous. If that’s the case, won’t be getting it.
Agreed that taking them off is a breeze. Take a look at the top bracket on the frame and the door itself before you attempt to put them back on. It won't help you any, but you will then understand the complication.I took my doors off for the first time this weekend. I haven’t tried putting them back on. @‘21OBX, here are the pics of the garage bags. Not sure how much you can tell from the pics. The bags are nice. They are felt lined and the bottoms have extra padding. I'm curious to know how much of a difference there are between these and the one's that can be stored onboard that justified making them both.Any pics of the garage bags? I have the bags with harness that came with my bronco and they are surprisingly stout. Nice re enforced corners and I think well padded. I can’t put them on board since I have the locking drawer. But my wife’s bronco will not have the locking box right away so maybe we will use the harness on hers. I doubt it tho as it takes all your cargo space up. What do you all do with recovery gear and coolers with the doors stores in the back?
I can take some pictures when I get home. The ones I have are lined with a white soft liner. And have buckles for the harness handles on top and front and rear of the bag.@‘21OBX, here are the pics of the garage bags. Not sure how much you can tell from the pics. The bags are nice. Here are the on board storage bags. They are heavy for what they are and seem like a durable fabric.@‘21OBX, here are the pics of the garage bags. Not sure how much you can tell from the pics. It doesn't look like there is extra padding at the bottom like the garage bags. Would you agree? Here are the on board storage bags. They are heavy for what they are and seem like a durable fabric.
Thank you. I don't see much of a difference between the two to justify making both. Seems silly and confusing. When I bought the bags, I assumed is be able to store them in the vehicle. It doesn't look like there is extra padding at the bottom like the garage bags. Would you agree?
I would agree there is plenty of material but I don’t feel any extra padding down there at the bottom. I would not say they are much lighter they probably weight 5-8lbs per bag and are pretty thick. I have no concerns when I set them on the concrete floor of my shed.It doesn't look like there is extra padding at the bottom like the garage bags. Would you agree?
Is this the bottom or end of the on board storage bag?I would agree there is plenty of material but I don’t feel any extra padding down there at the bottom.
