I installed the oracle bronco letters a couple months back I added the fuse at this location(pic 1)

It's not a bad spot although the lights stay on for like 5-10 minutes after the car is off.

I saw another thread where they added the fuse to this one.

When I did that, I got a cross traffic alert system failure. Thus I went back to the other fuse location. It's worth to note I tapped into that fuse for my amp remote line. The amp wouldn't draw that much power to throw off the cross traffic system? Any other options?

I installed a similar set of lights. Here are the instructions they gave me. Pull the 10, put in your supplied fuse. I have attached a pic, bottom right, #9. Worked easy for me, pull it out and put the other in. They come in when my markers do.

I don't have an answer then, sorry. It is the one I pulled and replaced. My lights work fine, no errors.

I appreciate the picture though nice to see others are doing the same.

Just to make sure you're doing the right one. Here is my actual fuse box.

I got the same error when I had 1 fuse. When I put another fuse on the 2nd slot total 20amp fuse. It didn't throw an error.

Are you guys able to close the fuse box all the way down to where it locks the 3 sides?

I got mine to close, I used a lil DIY to cut a slot and it worked.

So with this fuse position the bronco lights will be on whenever the car is on?

@Rory Shields
Fuse F22 (cameras) is what I use. The photos above look like they are using either F158 (Sway Bar Disco) or F25 (Cruise Control / AWD) - hard to tell from the images.

Reading back into this thread some - it looks like some people may not have had fuses in both sockets of the Add-A-Tap.
