Oracle Lighting Amber Black Illuminated Grill Letters Installed

I've seen a few installed on YT videos, am I the only one who thinks they're a bit too bright? The actual letters seem washed out from the back light.

That was my first thought. It looks terrible as it currently is. Maybe it's possible to dim the LEDs? Overall, it's a little too flashy for me though, even at proper brightness. We know it's a Bronco. Settle down Bevis.

I have a black diamond so they are stock amber which are the standard lights. If you get the LED lights, then it would be better to go with the white.

This makes me rethink getting BD.. the signature lights were a need but this could solution could make up for that.

Can you swap out the letters for "Ford" or "[Insert 5-6 character name here]" or "[Insert favorite Wordle result here]"?

I'll admit I've recently seen them in amber and I much prefer it.

These look great. Thinking of leaving these on all the time, is the amber backlight visible at all in daylight? Appears they are turned off in all of the daylight photos I have found so far. I have a Black diamond with factory white letters and Oxford white paint, debating if I should get white letters with Amber or stick with the black?

That’s why I went black. I think just the white letters Ford put on are too much. Too each their own though.

Just got these delivered Installing now. I’ll post photos once finished.

Finished. A few conference calls in between the install, but pretty easy. Maybe 1-2 hours. Connected them to the aux switch wire in the front under the hood, but will probably end up just going to the parking lights. Overall… very pleased! I think they are at the perfect level of brightness. Not too bright like everyone says about the white.
