On 2/4/24 I ordered a pair of SITH shackles order number 9411. On August 6 I cancelled the order because Archetype can’t deliver or even tell me where the product is in their process. However since the order was cancelled I’m out $340 as they have not refunded my purchase and contact with them falls on deaf ears. They make great Bronco gear. You just can’t get it within the time it takes to delivery a baby and their customer service is non existent. I don’t care how busy you are lack of contact and lack of dispute resolution is unacceptable.
