HELP! Went to dealership today and was told that my order was coded as a “10” and a “Priority”. What the hell does that even mean?

I’m priority code 19 whatever that means10 is the new #1...
99 is time to worry.
no not really, you need to go and cancel ( get it in writing ) and place a new order for 2022 .It means your order has been cancelled.
Its really not an issue. Ford is pulling what cars they can build. Being a 10 is great, dont worry.Dealer told me that he was told to give numbers 1 through 19. Everyone that reached out about their order automatically got a 10 except a 01 & 02 then the rest got a 10. Sales guy said I had a “priority” order which confuses me.
Sure, that’s what I will do! OR I’ll just keep being patient about thisno not really, you need to go and cancel ( get it in writing ) and place a new order for 2022 .
What’s this “patience” you speak of? None of us members know that word.Sure, that’s what I will do! OR I’ll just keep being patient about this

That’d explain the sales guy telling me I order a pretty nice truck10-19 is all the same, seems to be a system where dealers can sort orders or maybe with other models it is actually the sequence of builds. If you're 10 or 19 or 15 is all the same. If you're 1 or 2 then Ford had their hands in there directly and prioritized that order.
All of these are priority codes, so if you're priority 10 you're like all the rest of us. If 1 or 2 you're lucky and might get your ride sooner than later.
